NeonPets Refund Policy

NeonPets uses a simple, customer-first refund system. If your order has not been claimed, you are always eligible for a refund.

1. When You Can Get a Refund

You can request a refund anytime as long as:

  • The item has not been delivered or claimed.

If an item has already been claimed, refunds are generally not available.

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Automatic 48-Hour Refunds

If an order remains unclaimed for 48 hours after payment, our system automatically refunds it. This ensures no money is stuck and all orders stay up to date.

4. Refund Processing Times

Once approved, refunds are usually processed within a few hours, but may take up to 48 hours.
Your bank may take 3–7 business days to show the refund, depending on their processing times.

5. Abuse of the Refund Policy

NeonPets may refuse refunds if we determine the policy is being abused or used fraudulently.
